Dr. Herbert C. Kemp •
President and Chief Executive Officer
As OneALPHA's Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Herbert Kemp is responsible for planning and executing the corporation's business operations. Dr. Kemp brings a solid track record of success in leading, developing and growing large, technically complex organizations.
Most recently (2003-2011), Dr. Kemp served as a Vice President at SRA International, where he led global business operations providing C2, ISR, IO, Cyber, and R&D support to the Air Force and other DoD clients. Prior to this (2001-2003), Dr. Kemp served as Vice President and Manager, C4ISR Operations Division, the largest operating division at Adroit Systems, Inc.
Dr. Kemp served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1973-2001 retiring in the rank of Colonel. In his last assignment, he served as Deputy Director for Surveillance and Reconnaissance, Headquarters USAF. He was responsible for directing the functional and programmatic management of operational Air Force surveillance and reconnaissance programs worldwide, totaling $1.8 Billion annually.
Dr. Francine D. Kemp •
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Francine Kemp is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of OneALPHA Corporation. In this capacity, she is responsible for managing the company’s internal operations and leads OneALPHA’s Education, Training, Appreciative Inquiry and Executive Coaching practice areas.
Dr. Kemp has consulted to US Government agencies and private organizations on matters of leadership, diversity, conflict management cross-cultural and inter-cultural communication. In addition, she is a professor, mentor, published author, motivational speaker, certified mediator and lifelong civil rights activist.
As a Latina originally from Rio Grande City, Texas. Dr. Kemp is committed to helping others rise above obstacles in their lives to achieve their full potential. Always committed to serving her community, Dr. Kemp accepted appointments to the Virginia Small Business Advisory Board from former Governors Mark Warner and Tim Kaine.
